6. Cleveland Cavaliers: Trae Young PG Oklahoma

Big Board Rank: 7

Once again the Cavs are going to attempt to please Lebron James. Selecting Trae Young means pleasing Lebron and getting a great fit. With George Hill under contract for next season the Cavaliers could bring Trae Young along slowly.

The Cavs could bring him in as a change of pace backup during his rookie season, and obtain a feel for the pace of an NBA game. With all the shooters the Cleveland has this is like the Oklahoma fit on steroids. Instead of Brady Manek, Rashard Odomes, and Christian James the Cavs have Kyle Korver, Rodney Hood, JR Smith, and Kevin Love. Also, playing with Lebron, George Hill, and Jordan Clarkson is going to take a ton of pressure off a Trae Young handling the ball, and he can focus on making plays both on and off the ball.
