23. Indiana Pacers – Keita Bates-Diop, F, Ohio State
As the Indiana Pacers continue to take the NBA’s Eastern Conference by storm – and by surprise – adding to the core of Victor Oladipo and Myles Turner here would be the goal. And while at No. 23 it’s almost impossible to select a player that will be a key part of any core, a player like Keita Bates-Diop would be a nice addition.
KBD made quite the leap from last year to this season, where he went from averaging less than 10 points per game to nearly 20 points per contest this season. He also shot a career-high 35 percent from 3-point range and snagged nearly nine rebounds per game.
KBD does a little of it all, and has a track record of being able to work on different areas of his game. He’s the type of talent any coach would love to work with.
