Miami Heat – Erik Spoelstra

Erik Spoelstra is the successor to Pat Riley. As coach of the Miami Heat, Coach Spo has been to the NBA Finals four times in a row notching two rings.

His Miami Hear team has always been competitive, and recovering from the departure of LeBron James is always difficult.

Although he is under-estimated and under-appreciated by the league, he is beloved by the organization. Erik Spoelstra is staying, with no signs of leaving anytime soon.
