16. Phoenix Suns – Troy Brown, F, Oregon

After selecting DeAndre Ayton with the No. 1 overall pick, it would be all that surprising to see the Phoenix Suns trade the No. 16 pick. However, in the event that they stay put, the Suns should take a shot on Troy Brown.

During his freshman season at Oregon, Brown showed flashes of a healthy all-around game. He averaged 11 points, grabbed six rebounds and dished more than three assists per game. Brown could be a player that could develop into a solid compliment to the core of young talent that they already have currently on their roster.
