Rewind, Retool or Rebuild: What direction every team should take moving forward

Miami Heat

The  Miami Heat have an astonishing $145 million in salary owed next season. They would like to be able to retool but aside from re-signing Dwyane Wade this team is not going to be making any impactful free agent signings.

With no first or second round picks in the recent draft, Miami is going to have a hard time upgrading the roster. Fans should expect a first round exit for the next few seasons. They won’t be terrible, but they’re also not close to competition in the Eastern Conference, much less on a bigger stage.
