New Orleans Pelicans
The New Orleans Pelicans don’t necessarily need a starting point guard – Elfrid Payton and Jrue Holiday have been good this season – but they could use some more firepower to stick next to Anthony Davis, who even he admits has to play a perfect game for the team to have any chance of winning.
While Rozier may not be the perfect target that this team needs, he’s certainly a player that could probably be had on the cheap. He’s an expiring contract and is likely going to leave Boston in the offseason, so they’ll just get as much as they can and then part ways (if they elect to go down this path).
Rozier could either be a bench option of start ahead of a player like E’Twaun Moore to give the team a little more offense to start off games. It’s another option for a team like the Pelicans.
