29. Cleveland Cavaliers (4-14)

Last week: 30

The Cleveland Cavaliers move up one spot this week, thanks to a big victory a couple days ago against the 76ers Andy most recently against the Rockets. They also managed to play the Lakers tough in LeBron James‘ return to Cleveland last week.

During the month of November, Collin Sexton has really improved. Specifically, over the last seven games he’s be really good. Over that span, Sexton is averaging 18 points, three rebounds and three assists on 48 percent shooting from the field and 60 percent from 3-point range.

It’s no coincidence that the team has performed better during that span too. When Sexton is productive and effective, so are the Cavs.
