Cleveland Cavaliers: More luck in the NBA Lottery
For the past decade, the only real reason why the Cleveland Cavaliers have been relevant in the NBA is because of luck. First, they were lucky that arguably the best baseball player of all-time was born in the state of Ohio.
Then, they were lucky to win the NBA Draft Lottery in the year they drafted Kyrie Irving with the No. 1 overall pick. And then again a few years later to land Andrew Wiggins, who eventually was traded for Kevin Love.
Because of those three lucky happenings, the Cavs were able to win an NBA Championship. Now that LeBron James has left for greener pastures, the team is in need of some more luck to get back to a level of relevancy in the league.
