21. New Orleans Pelicans (15-18)
Over the last few weeks, almost all the talk surround the Pelicans has been around Anthony Davis and the possibility of him joining forces with LeBron in Los Angeles. However, the team has been quite bad. And that can’t help matters.
The Pelicans have lost 11 of their last 16, and have fallen all the way to the 13th spot in the Western Conference standings. They are only 2.5 games out of the final playoff spot, but the rumors and whispers of Davis possibly leaving has to have an effect on this team.
At the end of the day, these players hear what’s out there and it’s not good for the Pelicans. If this season continues to spiral out of control, we could see an AD trade sooner rather than later.
