15. Memphis Grizzlies (18-17)

The Memphis Grizzlies are struggling as they keep their head above water. The Grizzlies have really struggled over the last few weeks, and is only 5-9 during the month of December. This pour month has seen them drop from a top 5 team in the West to out of the playoff picture entirely.

The only real bright spot for the Grizzlies this season has been the play of Jaren Jackson Jr., which should give them a calming thought about the future of this franchise. The sky is the limit for JJJ, and he’s been one one the best rookies this season.

While they have some big decisions to make on a few of their veterans, they do have some nice young talent.
