14. Los Angeles Clippers (32-27)

The Los Angeles Clippers have largely over-performed this season, even more so considering that they traded away Tobias Harris at the NBA Trade Deadline. This team is all-in on the summer of 2019, and they could have two max slots to sign free agents.

They have been long-connected to Kawhi Leonard, ever since it was report that he wanted to play in Los Angeles, and the Clippers have made the necessary moves to be real players during the summer.

They are expected to be one of the attractive destinations in a few months, even more so if they can get one commitment from, say, a Kevin Durant or Kawhi. The future is bright in Los Angeles, and it’s going to be interesting to see how this all plays out.
