Indiana Pacers
Similar to the Spurs, the Indiana Pacers haven’t been a lottery team since 2009 (the Oladipo trade prevented a rebuild 2 years ago), so one must put into consideration how hard it is to find high-level NBA talent, without ever having a top 10 pick for that many years.
Danny Granger was a terrific scorer prior to injury, George overachieved what many expected him to become coming out of the draft, due to his strong work ethic, and though Hibbert might have been inconsistent at times on the offensive end, he deserves immense credit for the NBA placing the rule of verticality — a maneuver you often see big men follow today.
