26. Atlanta Hawks (26-48)

The Atlanta Hawks are one of those teams that continues to impress despite the circumstances that they’re dealt. They decided to jump into an all out rebuild a couple seasons ago, and are sitting here just possibly one talent away from being a possible playoff sleeper in the Eastern Conference.

Trae Young has been great this season and the emergence of John Collins has been a pleasant surprise – he’s probably been better than what the Hawks expected of him. If the Hawks can make a smart selection in the NBA Draft this season, this is a team that would be one to watch.

Look for this team to add to their wing depth, which could help complete their young big three in flanking Young Collins.
