Will we see Malcolm Brogdon in Game 1?
When the Bucks are at the top of the game and entirely healthy, this team has proved to be almost unbeatable. However, there’s at least a chance that the Bucks won’t enter their second-round series against the Celtics 100 percent healthy. And that’s one of the biggest storylines to follow when it comes to this series.
Malcolm Brogdon is one of the best players on this team, but missed the latter portion of the regular season and the team’s first-round series due to injury. However, if the Bucks are going to make a really deep run in the East, and possibly push the Golden State Warriors in a potential NBA Finals matchup, they’re going to need Brogdon healthy.
During the regular season, Brogdon averaged a career high 16 points, five rebounds and three assists on 51 percent shooting from the field and 43 percent from 3-point range. He’s also one of the team’s better perimeter defenders. He will definitely be needed against a team as dynamic as the Celtics.
The hope is that Brogdon will be back for the start of the series, but there hasn’t been any formal announcements. Until that happens, we just wait and watch.
