14. Dallas Mavericks: Just Wait

The Dallas Mavericks are in a fantastic spot right now. They have rookie sensation Luka Doncic, a great talent in Kristaps Porzingis, and, because of their seeding, a great chance at picking up a nice prospect in this year’s draft.

Add in the fact that Dallas is going to be a big destination because of all the things mentioned previously, and that the free agent pool is deep this year, and the potential for Dallas to return to a dominant position in the league is really good. Simple enough, for Dallas, patience is key.

15. Phoenix Suns: Develop

The Phoenix Suns have one of the most promising, young rosters in the league today. Devin Booker is a star guard, and Deandre Ayton‘s phenomenal rookie season has only been overshadowed by the seasons that Luka Doncic and Trae Young had.

All the Suns really have to do is add a few key players in the offseason and let their young talent develop.
