2. Kawhi Leonard, Toronto Raptors

Kawhi Leonard has come a long way from the 3-and-D role player he began is NBA career as in San Antonio. Now, he is arguably the smoothest, coolest, most robotic offensive machine in the league right now. He’s one of the most efficient scorers in the league, not just with the percentage of shots he makes, but with the number of dribbles and amount energy expended to get a bucket. Everything seems calculated and machine-like which is why he makes scoring look so effortless, no matter who’s guarding him.

In this playoff run with the Raptors, Kawhi has taken his game to another level and has even drawn a couple of comparisons to one, Michael Jordan! If that doesn’t make him one of the smoothest scorers in the league, I don’t know what will.

1. Kevin Durant, Golden State Warriors

There’s only one guy who almost belongs in a league of his own when it comes to smooth scoring ability and that is Kevin Durant. Lots of the guys on this list can get their shot off against almost any defender. KD has the same ability but he’s seven feet tall. And not only that, but he also has the dribbling ability of a guard which is what makes him one of the most unique and unguardable players ever. He can shoot over smaller quicker players and can get by bigger and slower defenders.

He has just about every shot imaginable in his offensive repertoire and there isn’t a single human being on earth who can guard him one on one. When it’s all said and done, KD has the potential to go down, not just as one of the smoothest scorers ever, but as the single greatest pure scorer to ever play the game!
