Cleveland Cavaliers – Enter complete tank mode

The Cleveland Cavaliers are a hollow shell of what was once the best team in the East. It seems as though success only comes when LeBron James is around, and now that he’s departed Cleveland is left picking up the scraps from a once championship contending team.

The Cavs are making good moves for a team that should rebuild, drafting point guard Collin Sexton to fill the hole Kyrie Irving left. Cleveland also had arguably one of the best drafts this year acquiring Darius Garland, Dylan Windler, and Kevin Porter Jr; all with tremendous upside. But there’s still more work to be done.

A lot of teams have interest in the last remaining member of 2016’s Big 3, Kevin Love who Cleveland could trade for young talent or draft picks. It is moves like these that the Cavaliers need to do in order to solidify their start of a rebuild, and a rebuild is really this teams only option because they aren’t winning anything with what they have right now.
