With the way the season was trending before the hiatus, it’s no surprise to see LeBron James and Anthony Davis sitting at the top of the most dynamic duos of the 2019-20 NBA season. The Los Angeles Lakers have sat atop the Western Conference for much of the season and are only two games back of the Bucks for the best overall record in the NBA.

LeBron was on his way to climbing back into the NBA MVP race and wasn’t even the leading scorer on his own team. That’s just how dangerous this duo was this season. The Lakers were going to make their return to the postseason in a big way and were well on their way to a historic clash between Los Angeles teams in all likelihood in the Western Conference Finals.

The Lakers are expected to get back to the promised land in the next couple of years and this is the dynamic duo will hopefully get them there.

It would be a shame if we lost one season of LeBron James’ late prime. Hopefully, we’ll get to play basketball soon enough again.
