Summary: The Golden State Warriors become one of the few teams with a significant luxury tax bill following this offseason, but they also come away with one of the most complete starting lineups in the entire league. Al Horford, Draymond Green, Josh Richardson, Klay Thompson, and Steph Curry all provide a variety of skills that compliments the whole tremendously.

Isaac Okoro fills in the bench role once filled by Andre Iguodala. Trading Andrew Wiggins and those picks for Al Horford and Josh Richardson do add a ton of extra financial cost to the Warriors especially if they have any intention of retaining Richardson, but their ownership group seems willing to pay for a contending team and this roster should be able to contend for a championship in the 2020-21 season.

Ironically, the only other team in the league with a significant luxury tax bill would be the Brooklyn Nets who have former Warrior Kevin Durant. The Warriors know their window is shrinking and decided to give it one last run while the Splash Brothers are in the mix and pending health, they should be able to give a good run.
