14. Portland Trail Blazers

As disappointing as the Portland Trail Blazers were during the pre-hiatus regular season, they’ve almost been the exact opposite in the restart bubble. In the restart bubble, the Blazers have the best offensive rating in the league and Damian Lillard has been arguably the best offensive player thus far.

The Blazers are now within striking distance of the 8th seed in the Western Conference and will likely be involved in any play-in tournament for the final playoff spot. Are you betting against Lillard in that type of situation? Against an injured and inexperienced Memphis Grizzlies team, the Blazers will have the upper hand and should earn the final playoff spot.

Plus, who wouldn’t wanna see a first-round playoff series between the red-hot Blazers and the Los Angeles Lakers?
