3. LA Clippers

The LA Clippers have been what many expected them to be in the restart bubble, a team that is using the games to ramp up back into action but also playing it safe with its players. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George have both flashed during the restart, and that’s what you wanted to see, mostly, out of the big two.

Montrezl Harrell is expected to join the Clippers in the bubble soon and the team will get a huge boost when he makes his return. Many believe that, when healthy, the Clippers are the best team in the Western Conference and possibly the NBA. With the way the Lakers have looked in the restart, perhaps it should be the Clippers to be viewed as the favorites to come out of the Western Conference.

I firmly believe that we still haven’t seen the best of the Clippers so far this season – both pre and post-hiatus. If that remains true, that should cast fear into the rest of the contenders around the league, specifically in the Western Conference.
