20. Miami Heat – Kira Lewis Jr., G, Alabama
Entering the 2020 offseason, Goran Dragic will be an unrestricted free agency. Even though the Miami Heat would want Dragic back and that Dragic would want to be back, there’s no guarantee that will happen. This could be Dragic’s last shot at a big payday and with the way he’s played in the NBA’s restart, there’s a good chance he could get that in free agency.
Even if Dragic does return to the Heat, they still need help at the point guard position especially with the regression that Kendrick Nunn has shown in the bubble. Kira Lewis Jr. would be a great addition for the Heat at this point in the draft.
In fact, by the time the 2020 NBA Draft comes around, there’s a good chance that Lewis doesn’t even make it to No. 20. He’s that good of a prospect that is coming off a sophomore season in which he averaged 19 points, five rebounds, and five assists per game.
