4. New Orleans Pelicans vs. Miami Heat (12:00 p.m. ET)

A battle between the New Orleans Pelicans and the Miami Heat will be one of the most anticipated games of the day on Christmas. It’s also the matchup that will get the NBA festivities started.

Everyone is excited to see Zion Williamson, but the Pelicans are much more than just him. They have a solid young core and have a few veterans that make this team interesting and a potentially dangerous team come playoff time in the Western Conference.

As for the Heat, it’ll be interesting to see how this team looks after losing their season-opener against the Orlando Magic a couple of nights ago. Will this team begin to look more and more like the team that made it to the NBA Finals a season ago, or has that time passed?

Plus, we could see plenty of Zion vs. Bam. Sign me up.
