9. Toronto Raptors – Scottie Barnes, F, Florida State

After watching what Patrick Williams was able to do with the Chicago Bulls this season, I’d have to imagine that many teams are going to want to take a chance on a prospect such as Scottie Barnes.

He didn’t have the best numbers during his college career but he is a player that is full of talent and another player that could potentially become a better pro than a college player.

I firmly believe that Barnes’ raw talent and feel for the game will make him an interesting pick for any team that is willing to take a chance on him.

For the Toronto Raptors, this pick would make a lot of sense considering that Kyle Lowry will likely need to be replaced somehow during the offseason.
