11. De’Aaron Fox, 23, Sacramento Kings
De’Aaron Fox has had his ups and downs through the first few years of his career thus far but he’s coming off the best statistical season of his career thus far. That is overshadowed by the lack of team success, however.
This past season, Fox averaged 25 points, seven assists, and four rebounds per game on 48 percent shooting from the field. If there’s any real big issue with his game, it’s his inability to hit a consistent 3-pointer.
Still, Fox’s impact on the Kings is great and if this franchise could get things right, there’s no question that they could have some real success building around him. He might deserve better than the Kings, but it is what it is.
