4. Zion Williamson, 20, New Orleans Pelicans
Zion Williamson didn’t have an ideal rookie season but he’s more than made up for that during his sophomore season with the New Orleans Pelicans. He’s absolutely dominating in every sense of the word and the scary part of it all is that his best basketball is still very much in front of him.
He’s coming off a season in which he averaged 27 points, seven rebounds, and four assists per game on 61 percent shooting from the field. Zion can get to the rim without much resistance and is arguably the most dominating force we’ve seen in the paint since Shaquille O’Neal.
Who knows how his game will age but if Zion continues to remain healthy, there’s no question that he’s going to be a really good player for a really long time.
