1. Milwaukee Bucks
As the two of the top three contenders in the Eastern Conference continue to fight through chaotic situations inside their respective locker rooms, the Milwaukee Bucks will enter the 2021-22 NBA season at peace.
Giannis Antetokounmpo is still getting better as he enters his age-27 season, Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday have quieted the doubters, and there’s still room for this team to improve as they look to defend their title.
If the Nets and Sixers combust on their own, the Bucks might have an easy walk to the NBA Finals this season – something that not many believed could be true just a few weeks ago.
Nevertheless, it’s hard not to like the Bucks’ chances to repeat as NBA Champions right now. We haven’t heard much from Milwaukee this offseason and, quite frankly, I’m not sure there’s anything better than that in comparison to what’s transpiring in Philadelphia and Milwaukee.
