24. San Antonio Spurs

In what may end up being Gregg Popovich’s last year as the head coach of the San Antonio Spurs, it’s a shame that he won’t be leading a team that has playoff aspirations. Of course, he would never admit that in public; this Spurs team simply doesn’t have the talent around it to really move up the standings in the Western Conference.

They’ll have some bright spots, but the Spurs won’t be playing for the playoffs this season.

23. Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings have actually gotten off to a solid start to the season; they’re 3-2 and have two impressive wins (over the Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns). Still, we’ve seen the Kings get off to fast starts before.
