18. Boston Celtics

The good news is that the Boston Celtics seem to be playing better as of late. They picked up a key win against the Miami Heat on the road and that could help catapult this team up the standings in the East. The bad news is that there appear to be some deeper issues that need to be addressed in the locker room.

17. Sacramento Kings

As much as it is of an instinct to fade the Sacramento Kings, you can’t deny that they’ve had some really strong performances so far this season. They are 5–4 and are currently sitting inside the playoff picture of the Western Conference. Whether they’ll be able to maintain this level of success remains to be seen, but there’s certainly a team to keep an eye on as the season progresses.
