16. Milwaukee Bucks

Even though the Milwaukee Bucks haven’t exactly gotten off to the start of the season that many envisioned that they would, it’s still too early to panic over a team that simply hasn’t been healthy all season long.

The Bucks will be fine. They are too talented not to figure it out once they have their entire team back in the fold.

15. Toronto Raptors

I think I’m willing to say that without a doubt, I believe that the Toronto Raptors have the talent and ability to be a playoff team in the Eastern Conference this season. They have a good mix of both young and veteran talents and have one of the best and most underrated coaches in the league.

Don’t sleep on the team up North.
