Harrison Barnes, Sacramento Kings
Harrison Barnes is off to the best start of his career as he’s averaging 20 points and eight rebounds on 49 percent shooting from the field and 43 percent shooting from 3-point range. He’s been vital for the Kings this season, but considering they aren’t going anywhere fast it would open the door to a potential trade.
If the Kings, who have lost seven of their last 10, come to the agreement that it’s time to rebuild around their younger core of Tyrese Haliburton and Damion Mitchell, perhaps trading Barnes wouldn’t be outlandish – especially considering that he has one year remaining on his deal beyond this season.
Barnes is an intriguing two-way veteran player that could absolutely help any contender that will be looking to make an upgrade to their wing position at the NBA Trade Deadline. The Kings could cash in big time at this year’s deadline if they elect to trade Barnes.
