13. Boston Celtics – Kennedy Chandler, G, Tennessee
The Boston Celtics have struggled to start the season and their future is very much in flux. It wouldn’t be surprising for them to make some big personnel changes this offseason if they were to miss the playoffs.
Should they get a top 14 pick, they could take advantage of some untapped talent that will emerge from the college ranks. One potential target could be Kennedy Chandler, who is a 6-foot guard out of Tennessee.
During his six games so far Tennessee, Chandler is averaging 14 points and five assists per game on 49 percent shooting from the field and 50 percent shooting from 3-point range. He’d be an interesting fit to a Celtics team that could look to be retooling during the offseason.
