24. Portland Trail Blazers

The Portland Trail Blazers are in a tough spot. They are 12th in the Western Conference standings and don’t have much hope for making a move up. Damian Lillard has struggled this season but even though he’s starting to play a bit better as of late, it still has not translated to consistent team success.

23. San Antonio Spurs

In what will likely end up being Gregg Popovich’s last season with the San Antonio Spurs, it’s been a pretty quiet season overall. The Spurs aren’t likely to make the playoffs but Dejounte Murray’s all-star quality season is something the team should be excited about.

Murray deserves all-star consideration as he’s averaging 18 points, nine assists, and eight rebounds per game so far this season.
