What road will the Miami Heat have to travel?

The Miami Heat has been really good this season and has a good record against the teams atop the Eastern Conference – Miami is a combined 7-3 against Chicago, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and Brooklyn this season – but I do have some concerns if this team does have to face the gauntlet in the postseason.

As it currently stands, there’s a chance that the Heat would have to face the Nets in the first round, the Bucks or Sixers in the second round, and the Bulls or Celtics in the conference finals.

This Heat team is all about no fear but I feel like this year’s postseason could come down to matchups more than most. And if the Heat is going to make another magical run to the NBA Finals, they’re going to need to get the right draw.

I would have concerns if the Heat has to face a gauntlet like it’s looking like they might have to. They could still get it done, but I’d be a bit concerned.
