12. Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have done well to defy the odds this season and could make some noise in the postseason if they can the right draw. This is a well-coached team that is going to play good defense in the playoffs.

Good luck to whoever gets them in the first round.

11. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls might be the perfect example of what a team built for the regular season looks like. An amazing stat that I can’t seem to get out of my head is that the Bulls are 0-16 this season against the top 3 teams in both conferences.

And with no guarantee that Lonzo Ball will return this season, it’s hard to have much faith in this team heading into the postseason.
