Philadelphia 76ers – Matisse Thybulle

Could this finally be the year where we see Matisse Thybulle make the jump that many believed he could make when he came into the league? If he can, he will add an element to the Sixers that they didn’t have – not to mention that he would take some of the pressure off of PJ Tucker.

Phoenix Suns – Cameron Johnson

The Phoenix Suns are another team where it’s nearly impossible to predict a breakout candidate but Cameron Johnson is a player that excelled in a bigger role last season and he could be in for more this season.

He’s coming off a season in which he averaged 12 points on 46  percent shooting from the field and 43 percent from 3-point range. With how efficient he was offensively, there’s no question he deserves a bigger role.
