18. Portland Trail Blazers

Despite the fact that Damian Lillard is one of the most entertaining individual players in the league, the Portland Trail Blazers simply don’t entice me much. You’re going to tune in occasionally for Lillard but the Jerami Grant splash move missed me.

The Blazers could be competitive this season but I can’t envision a reality where this team is must-watch TV.

17. Miami Heat

The Miami Heat are likely going to take a step back in the Eastern Conference this season. They were so good last season that it would be unfair to expect the same from this team this year. Though, there are still a few interesting parts of this team.

For example, the continued emergence of Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo should be enough to watch this team from time to time. Plus, it’ll be interesting to see what new gem coach Erik Spoelstra reveals this season.
