1. Boston Celtics

Through the first 20-ish games of the season, you can’t really argue with the fact that the Boston Celtics have been the best team in the Eastern Conference. In fact, you can probably say that, for now, the Celtics are the best team in the NBA.

They have arguably the best duo in the league with Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. If they continue at this rate, Tatum should get some serious NBA MVP consideration and the Celtics will have a great chance to finish with the best overall record in the league.

The scariest part of the Celtics’ success so far this season is the fact that they’ve looked like the best team in the league without even being 100 percent healthy. This team is only going to be more dangerous once Robert Williams returns.
