27. Charlotte Hornets (via DEN) – Julian Strawther, F, Gonzaga

The Charlotte Hornets are likely going to lose some depth in the frontcourt during the offseason. I think that has been clear. Julian Strawther is a potential fit for the Hornets.

The junior out of Gonzaga (assuming he declares for the draft) is averaging 13 points and eight rebounds per game on 45 percent shooting from the field and 41 percent shooting from 3-point range.

28. Indiana Pacers (via CLE) – Jordan Hawkins, F, Connecticut

With another first-round pick, the Indiana Pacers will have the freedom to pick the best player available. It’s still early but Jordan Hawkins seems like a player that is likely going to be a first-round draft pick.

During his sophomore season with Connecticut, Hawkins is averaging 14 points and three rebounds per game on 42 percent shooting from 3-point range.
