19. Houston Rockets (via LA Clippers) – Noah Clowney, F, Alabama
As the Houston Rockets continue to accumulate talent in this year’s NBA Draft, one prospect that could be in range for them at this point is Noah Clowney. He wasn’t asked to play a big role for Alabama this past season but is a player that could emerge as a difference-maker down the stretch if he can fine-tune his offensive game.
Clowney may not be viewed as a headlining prospect but there’s no question he has the tools to be a valuable NBA player for a long time.
20. Golden State Warriors – Brice Sensabaugh, G, Ohio State
Short of another deep playoff run in the Western Conference this season, the Golden State Warriors are likely going to undergo some changes during the summer. There’s at least a small chance that they end up moving on from Draymond Green this offseason and a decision also needs to be made about Klay Thompson’s future.
It would be smart for the Warriors to make a wise selection with this first-round pick. One player that could make sense is Brice Sensabaugh who has emerged as one of the better 3-point shooting prospects in this year’s NBA Draft.
