7. Indiana Pacers – Gradey Dick, G, Kansas

If there’s one non-traditional team that is expected to make a move up the standings in the Eastern Conference heading into next season, it’s the Indiana Pacers. Tyrese Haliburton, Myles Turner, and the rest of this team’s young core are a big reason why. Adding another top-10 pick is only going to make this team that much more interesting. One prospect that they could select with the No. 7 pick that could play a role for the Pacers right away is Gradey Dick, an intriguing 3-point shooting specialist out of Kansas.

During his freshman season at Kansas, Dick averaged 14 points and five rebounds per game on 44 percent shooting from the field and 40 percent. Known for his shooting during his time at Kansas, there’s hope that Dick could be much more than just a good shooter in the NBA. Dick could be another young player that the Pacers could throw into their developmental system.

A potential selection of Dick (or any other guard/wing for that matter) would also make sense with the uncertainty that revolves around Buddy Hield’s future with the team.
