Terence Davis
Of all the options mentioned so far, former Sacramento Kings shooting guard Terence Davis fits with what the Los Angeles Lakers are trying to build with this youthful yet experienced roster.
At 26 years old, his age profile fits perfectly with what the Lakers currently have.
His career 37 percent shooting from the three-point line would be a welcome addition to the Lakers bench unit that already boasts some potent offensive power.
At times last season with the Kings, Davis went nuclear from the three-point line, looking like the best player on the floor. Other times, he can be anonymous. It would be up to the purple and gold to find the consistency in his game and allow Terence to play his best brand of basketball.
If Davis is locked in and consistent, the Lakers would have a flamethrower off the bench.
Add Davis to a bench of Gabe Vincent, Taurean Prince, Jarrad Vanderbilt, and Christian Wood, and you have an ideal mixture of instant offense, floor-spacing, players capable of playing numerous positions, and those who are willing to work hard on defense.
A winning combination. Davis could excel with the purple and gold if given the opportunity.
