25. Tobias Harris, Philadelphia 76ers

For much of his career in the NBA, Tobias Harris has consistently been one of the most underrated players in the league ever since his breakout season in 2012-13 with the Orlando Magic. However, heading into the 2023-24 NBA season, I’m not sure that’s the case anymore. Harris is kind of what he is at this point in his career – he’s a good starting wing who can excel as the third-best player on a playoff team. That’s what he has been with the Sixers over the last few seasons.

Harris likely isn’t going to have another breakout season and has begun to show signs of taking a step back, at least this past season he did. Still, especially compared to most other players in the league, Harris’ “step back” is still pretty good.

Harris is an effective slasher that offers the Sixers the versatility to play almost anywhere in the frontcourt. That may be his biggest asset for a team at this point in his career. Perhaps what Philly likes most about him is that they know exactly what they’re going to get from Harris night in and night out. He’s a consistent quality wing starter.
