With the NBA draft less than a month away (the lottery takes place tonight at 8 pm on TNT), we here at SCIC are going to take a look at 5 of the biggest draft busts over the last 12 years.

A “bust” is a player who never panned out and lived up to the expectations of their high draft pick.

For every Lebron James, Tim Duncan and Derrick Rose, there is a Greg Oden, Kwame Brown and Darko Milicic.

Since the year 2000, there have been several draft busts who will go down in infamy as some of the biggest mistakes made by a franchise in league history.
