Chris Bosh To Return For Game 5?

According to Tim Reynolds of Yahoo Sports and The Associated Press, Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh has been declared “a game-time decision” by coach Eric Spoelstra for tonight’s game 5 matchup between the Heat and the Boston Celtics

Chris Bosh has missed the last 9 postseason games with a lower abdominal strain. He participated in the Heats morning practice and will more than likely attempt to go in tonight’s game 5.

Final Thoughts: Having Bosh back in the lineup will be a major boost for the Miami Heat. Even if CB1 were playing at just 75% health, he is still an improvement over both Joel Anthony and Ronny Turiaf.

I don’t buy into the notion that Chris’ presence on the court will in any way hinder what the Heat do offensively. It will obviously take Bosh some time to get rid of some rust, get back into game shape and find a rhythm with his shot, but he is certainly a player that the Celtics can’t ignore on defense. That should be reason enough to get him back on the court tonight and see what he can offer.

This is without a doubt the most important game Miami’s Big Three have played together since joining forces in the summer of 2010.

You can catch tonights game 5 between the Heat and Celtics on ESPN at 8:30 pm ET.
