NBA Rumors: LeBron James Eyeing A Return To Cleveland?

NBA Rumors

Even if LeBron James never actually “returns” to play with the Cleveland Cavaliers, there are always going to be such rumors. And when he’s expected to opt-out and become a free agent in about a month and a half, it’s no surprise that they continue to pop up.

And those types of rumors fail to cease, even in the midst of an NBA Finals that involves one LeBron James.

According to ESPN Brasil (via LakeErieSports), current Cleveland Cavaliers player Anderson Varejao has already reached out to LeBron James about a potential return to Cleveland. Per the report, both players met and talked about the idea of his potential return to his hometown.

It’s not known when this “meeting” happened, or if it even happened. Nevertheless, it’s probably one of the most interesting rumors that I’ve seen LeBron James connected to when it comes to a potential return to Cleveland. Mostly because it actually has potential to be true. But even then, I have my doubts about this report.

Still, I think it’s highly unlikely for LeBron to leave the Heat. Much less elect to return to Cleveland. However, it’s still kind of fun to talk about.

Seriously. … out of all the other NBA teams with title contention in near sight we are going to think LeBron’s decision is going to think about going back to Cleveland BECAUSE VAREJAO called Em up? !!!! LeBron who’s chasing rings is gonna take 10 steps backwards and head back to Cleveland? !! Media give it a break! ! I understand that writers and columnist want to make a name for themselves but “Come on Man”!!

Yeah I mean its not like we have Kyrie, Dion, Bennett and Embiid or anything and barely missed the playoffs last year despite everything possible going wrong for us. You’re crazy if you think LeBron going to the Cavs wouldn’t make them a contender instantly.

Seriously bruh…you put Bennetts name in this message? ! Kyri and Deon can’t even exist on the same dawn floor and a rookie with a bad back who hasn’t played in an NBA game are all components to be ready to compete on a championship stage next season. Come on bruh… it sounds good. .I mean it really does but like I said. .Goin back Bron would be moving backwards. Takes more than pretty names on paper to win a chip.

He’s a fool for even considering going back.
