The seventh day of NBA Free Agency had it all — from outrageous rumors to sensible rumors, sprinkled in with a few signings. The biggest news, however, was the fact that the Miami Heat, the team that the rest of the NBA have been waiting on, actually made moves.

They weren’t the big moves of re-signing LeBron James, Chris Bosh or Dwyane Wade that we’re all still awaiting, but it was potentially the first step in getting there.

More from Chicago Bulls

More LeBron to the Cleveland Cavaliers rumors appeared and Bosh to the Rockets rumblings gained steam. Hey, even the Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic made some moves!

Here’s the rundown:

LeBron James’ agent is pushing for a Cleveland Cavaliers return, or maybe just a “The Decision 2.0.”

Houston then ramped up their interest in Chris Bosh, and apparently the interest was mutual.

Carmelo Anthony is trying to choose between the Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks.

The Heat get McBob.

Then Danny Granger.

Dallas is closing in on an offer sheet agreement with Chandler Parson, but it’s not a done deal yet.

Danny Granger and Josh McRoberts agreed to sign with the Heat under the assumption that LeBron James would be their teammate next season.

The Orlando Magic ink Channig Frye.

Detroit Pistons quietly snag Aaron Gray.
