Five potential landing spots for Gordon Hayward in free agency

A first-year NBA All-Star, an emerging superstar on a rising team and a man with impeccable hair. That is how I would describe Gordon Hayward, who will be one of this summer’s most coveted free agents. In fact, you could argue he’s the best out there.

We assume the Warriors will re-sign Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant. The next group consists of Chris Paul, Kyle Lowry and Paul Millsap. All of those players are older than Hayward, meaning it’s doubtful that they are still improving.

Hayward has improved every year since he has been in the league. At 27, he is smack in the middle of his prime, and he can get even better. A versatile wing, who can score in many different ways, pass, rebound and defend will be highly coveted on the open market.

He has a player option, and despite the fact that he did not make the All-NBA team, the Jazz can still offer him the most money. That being said, let’s look at the five most likely landing spots for  Gordon Hayward in free agency this summer.
