Kings Won’t Pursue Andre Iguodala Anymore
According to Sam Amick, “the Kings have pulled their offer for free agent Andre Iguodala & will no longer pursue him.”
According to Andrew Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, “Iguodala wasn’t ready to tell the Kings ‘Yes.”
Rudy Gay On His Way To Detroit
According to Brian Windhorst of ESPN, the Detroit Pistons are attempting to acquire Rudy Gay.
The Pistons have reportedly offered the expiring contracts of guard Rodney Stuckey and foward Charlie Villanueva.
Gay, who was traded from the Memphis Grizzlies to the Toronto Raptors last season, averaged 18.2 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game.
If Masai Ujiri can dump Gay and Bargnani in just a few days, he’s a miracle worker.
Andre Iguodala’s Big Deal
Former Denver Nuggets and Philadelphia 76ers swingman Andre Iguodala has received a big offer, something he undoubtedly looking for.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, “Sacramento is offering free agent Andre Iguodala a four year, approximately $56 million contract.”
Iguodala, who has already met with the Detroit Pistons, has to be happy with that offer.
In his first season in Denver last year, Iguodala averaged 13.0 points, 5.4 assists and 5.3 rebounds per game.
