Ricky Rubio plays with a flare that isn’t that common in the NBA anymore, that’s why I love me some Ricky Rubio. On Sunday, Rubio dished out another amazing assist that will definitely be added to his plethora of assisting highlights. This time the it was in the fashion of the ole jumping spin.

Rubio still has a way to go until he reaches his full potential (like developing a consistent jumper), but he’s well on his way. And if he keeps turning in highlights like this, I don’t think many will mind if his jumper isn’t as good as Steph Curry’s.

An interesting question I was asked the other day regarding Rubio: Would you rather take Damian Lillard or Ricky Rubio for the next 10 years?
